The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, promoting oral health through preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety. Manage medical documentation accurately, including medical records, dental terminology, and HIPAA compliance standards. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness. Maintain proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms for scheduling and record keeping. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred. Hands-on experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging tools. Familiarity with dental office procedures including infection control protocols and medical documentation practices. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures and the ability to interpret dental radiographs effectively. Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare environment that emphasizes patient care excellence. Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Education Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Certification or licensure as required by state law to practice dentistry.
