We welcome both experienced Endodontists and new graduates who are looking to build a thriving career in a supportive, technology-driven environment. This position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time while traveling between several modern, well-established offices throughout the Las Vegas area. Why Join Good Doc Dental? Strong and consistent referral network. Each office has 2-3 general dentists who refer most cases. Modern, fully digital practices equipped with CBCT technology. Every office has a global microscope setup, allowing the ability to handle any apicos and retreatments. Unlike a private endodontic practice where you only get referred guarded or questionable prognosis cases, at Good Doc Dental practices, you get every case. 100% clinical autonomy. All offices are familiar with endodontic codes and know how to bill insurance and collect from patients. No need to hassle with collections. Pay is 50% of production, not "adjusted production" or "collections." PPO and fee-for-service patient base only. No Medicaid or HMO plans. You'll have the option of materials and file systems that you prefer. The position is very amenable to the specific needs of the endodontist. Flexible scheduling options across multiple locations. Compensation Compensation is 50% of production. Current Endodontists average $8k-$12k in daily production, creating high earning potential with established patient flow. Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited specialty program. Eligible for Nevada dental licensure. We Are Looking for
