POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient general dentistry role within nonprofit community healthcare organization Four-day work week designed to support provider balance and long-term sustainability Opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to diverse patient population Established support team and structured workflows allowing focus on patient care Finger Lakes region community offering outdoor recreation, wineries, boating, hiking, and historic attractions

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$185,000

• $210,000 based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Sign-on bonus available case by case Relocation assistance available case by case

SCHEDULE

Tuesday through Friday schedule Four 10-hour shifts weekly 7:30 AM

• 6:00 PM No nights required No weekends required ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient dental services Deliver bread-and-butter general dentistry procedures See approximately 15-20 patients daily Diagnose and treat dental conditions and oral health concerns Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning
