This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a welcoming newly renovated dental environment utilizing advanced technology. The Associate Dentist will deliver high-quality treatments, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with a talented team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We empower our providers with the latest technology—including CBCT imaging, soft-tissue lasers, and in-office Planmeca milling to deliver elite care. Our office is open Monday- Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm with some Friday hours offered. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using modern equipment Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and explain procedures clearly to ensure informed consent Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Practice infection control and aseptic techniques diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures Stay current with advancements in dental technology, terminology, and best practices to continually improve patient care quality Skills Confidence in dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics; experience in pediatric dentistry is a major plus Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, and other general dentistry treatments confidently Knowledge of medical records management and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a sterile environment Why Join Us?
