What You Step Into A full schedule from day one — an established, loyal patient base. No building from scratch. A 4-day workweek in a 5-day practice — you work Tuesday-Friday (no Mondays, no nights, no weekends), while our office runs five days strong. Early Friday close at 2 PM. Clinical autonomy — you diagnose and treat. We don't script your dentistry or push production quotas. A flagship to help build — as West Henrietta grows to two doctors, four assistants, and four hygienists, you help shape the clinical standard and direction. The cases to match your skill set — extractions, endo, implants, sedation, ortho. Bring your full range; we'll keep you busy. Compensation & Partnership 30%+ of adjusted production — our associates consistently out-earn industry peers (percentage open to discussion for proven producers). Expected earnings of $250,000-$400,000+ annually, uncapped. Daily guarantee during ramp-up — income security while your schedule fills. Your Schedule:
