Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes while maintaining proper care and patient safety. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and fostering professional growth. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering quality general dentistry services, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric procedures, tailored to meet each patient's individual needs. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings. Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation to accurately record patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Maintain proficiency in dental terminology and stay updated on advances in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Manage medical records accurately while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of confidentiality. must be Proficient in Endodontic treatment and crown and bridge work. _ Must have a Medicaid ID number _ Skills Proficiency with dental practice management software including Dentrix, or similar platforms. Experience in pediatric dentistry and some oral surgery is highly desirable. Ability to perform root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and other complex procedures with confidence. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations. Skilled in utilizing medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis. .
Pay:
$10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
