Description At Rochester Regional Health, we are building a premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery program where surgeons can practice at the top of their specialty while helping shape the future of patient care, surgical education, and multidisciplinary collaboration. We are seeking a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing, highly collaborative team serving Rochester and the greater Western New York region. This is more than a traditional OMFS role. It is an opportunity to practice the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery within a large integrated health system that values autonomy, innovation, and academic engagement. Why Rochester Regional Health? Position Highlights At Rochester Regional Health, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons practice the full scope of OMFS in a collaborative, high-acuity environment. Surgeons manage a broad range of cases while working alongside multidisciplinary teams in Trauma Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Oncology, ENT, Dentistry, and Hospital Medicine. High-Acuity Surgical Environment Practice within Rochester General Hospital, a 528-bed tertiary care center treating more patients in Monroe County than any other hospital in the region.

PAY RANGE

$400,000.00•$500,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
