General Dentist | Full-Time | Ownership Track | North Cincinnati Area Exceptional Opportunity for a Dentist with Practice Ownership Aspirations! Incredible opportunity for a driven and skilled General Dentist who is passionate about patient care and motivated by the potential for practice ownership. If you have endo or implant experience, you'll also benefit from the ability to keep molar endo and implant placements in-house — further enhancing your earning potential.

You'll be a key part of a team committed to delivering outstanding care and building long-lasting relationships with patients. You'll contribute clinically and collaboratively, working alongside an experienced support staff in a thriving, well-established practice.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive general dentistry including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans Conduct preventive care and patient education Collaborate closely with assistants and hygienists Maintain detailed and accurate records using Dentrix softwareQualifications:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program Valid Ohio dental license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Advanced proficiency in general dental procedures Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix preferred) Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term practice growth and ownership Why Us?
