Job Overview Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for a Dental Treatment Coordinator with a well-established DPO. Located in Dayton, Ohio! Seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator that can be a patient advocate Helping explain financing to patients so they are able to receive much needed treatment Prefer someone with a sales background that is able to help facilitate procedures like Molar Endo and Cosmetic Dentistry The practice is beautiful and state of the art, all the bells and whistles for a successful, busy practice 4 day work week Position is commission based, negotiable Full benefits Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and guide them through their treatment plans with clarity and enthusiasm Explain dental procedures, financial options, and insurance benefits to patients in a transparent and positive manner Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment timelines to optimize patient flow Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with financial arrangements to ensure smooth administrative operations Collaborate closely with dental professionals to communicate patient needs and treatment updates effectively Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and billing information with attention to detail Support the overall organization of the front office by managing correspondence, reminders, and documentation efficiently Experience Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with dental terminology enhances communication accuracy Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced environment Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking capabilities is essential Experience working specifically within a dental office environment is a significant advantage
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
