Pediatric Dentist Toledo, Ohio We are looking for a provider who is clinically strong, compassionate, and passionate about pediatric dentistry. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with families, creating positive dental experiences for children, and working as part of a team that prioritizes exceptional patient care and service. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to pediatric dentistry and strives to create positive dental experiences that help children build healthy habits and confidence from an early age. We emphasize prevention, education, and personalized care while utilizing modern technology and a team-oriented approach to treatment. Position Highlights Established and growing pediatric dental practice Modern, technology-driven office Collaborative and highly trained support staff Strong patient demand and steady referral base Opportunity to focus on patient care rather than practice management Positive, child-friendly environment designed to make dental visits comfortable and enjoyable Competitive compensation package with production incentives Comprehensive benefits package available Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, and adolescents Perform examinations, preventive services, restorative procedures, and emergency treatment as needed Educate patients and parents on oral health and preventive care Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver compassionate care to children with varying levels of dental anxiety and special healthcare needs Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry preferred Eligible for dental licensure in the State of Ohio Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Experience with behavior management techniques, nitrous oxide, and pediatric restorative procedures is preferred
