Full Job Description Job Opportunity:
Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Springdale, OH 45246 Locum Positio n :
Temporary Dentist Facility :
Springdale, OH 45246
Dates :
July 13-17
Hours :
Mon/Tues/Thur 8am-5pm | Wed 8am-6pm | Fri 8am-1pm Required procedures : Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning Additional requirements/ info : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
Contract Details:
Compensation:
$1200 per day
Overtime Rate:
$225 per hour
Malpractice Insurance:
Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:
Covered if necessary (negotiable)
Requirements:
Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional OH License Active OH DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
