Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DSO. Located in Troy, OH!
Job Details:
Come join one full time provider. This is a 2 doc practice. NEW grads welcome Monday- Thursday 6 month Daily guarantee with 32% of collections Full ancillary staff for support Well -established practice with consistent patient base
Duties:
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history review, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging. Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries with precision and care. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively. Maintain comprehensive medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical records management. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Use dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, charting, billing, and record-keeping. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Ensure compliance with all medical and dental regulations including HIPAA standards for patient privacy. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office setting with a focus on general dentistry. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and experience treating pediatric patients preferred. Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with dental imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge for accurate diagnosis. Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and patient care procedures. Demonstrated commitment to infection control standards and aseptic techniques in clinical practice.
Pay:
$195,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
