Immediate General Dentist opening in family dental practice serving Willoughby, OH,and northern Cleveland area.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Family group dental practice, providing a wide range of dental services to mostly adult patients, supported by an experienced dental support team, that is all about exceptional patient care.

Compensation:

$180k - $300k/year. Negotiable percentage of revenue. Minimum guarantee for the first 90 days. Benefits offered: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) CE allowance and in-house continuing education Malpractice insurance covered

ABOUT THE POSITION

Immediate General Dentist opportunity in bread and butter dentistry practice to provide expanded comprehensive dentistry since we refer out all endo and orthodontics in our Willoughby, OH, practice. This is a highly productive and stable practice for the last 20 years with a loyal and growing patient base. We are seeking a doctor who is: 1+ years out of dental school Comfortable managing high patient volume Interested in comprehensive treatment planning and expanded services Motivated to grow clinically and professionally Team-oriented with strong communication skills This is an excellent fit for an associate looking to: Increase production rapidly Expand into procedures currently referred out Develop long-term patient relationships Practice in a modern, digitally driven environment
