Case Acceptance Specialist | Dental Treatment Coordinator

An opportunity for a driven closer who's energized by helping patients eliminate the barriers between them and a healthier, happier smile. We partner with a third-party billing team that handles insurance, claims, and AR — so you spend your day with patients, not paperwork. You'll run the front of house and own case acceptance. Patients say yes when they trust the person across the desk — that person is you. Dental experience preferred — but if you've closed big-ticket sales anywhere (financial advising, real estate, medical aesthetics, hospitality, high-end retail, specialty practice TC), we'll teach you the dentistry. What you'll own: The case acceptance dollars Treatment presentation that lands because patients understand the value Walking patients through financing in a way that makes the math feel doable Setting the standard for the team — coaching language, modeling how to handle objections, raising everyone's game The front of house — phones, scheduling, greetings, check-in/out Pay & benefits: $28-$34/hr based on experience Quarterly case acceptance bonus that rewards real lift PTO, dental discount, health insurance stipend, CE support Who we want: Confident, warm communicators who love these conversations People who don't flinch at price questions Natural leaders who set the bar for the team, not just close their own cases Self-starters who measure their own performance
