Full Job Description Job Opportunity:
Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in
Bend, OR Locum Position:
Part-time "Temp"
Dentist Facility:
Bend, OR Dates:
June 11-12, 15-19, 22.
Hours:
Mon-Thur 7:15a-5p 1 hr unpaid lunch, Fri 7:15a-1p no lunch
Clinical Staff:
7 Required procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning Avg patients per day:
NP-8-10, EP 4-8
Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
Contract Details:
Compensation:
$1200 per day
Overtime Rate:
$225 per hour
Malpractice Insurance:
Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:
Covered if necessary
Requirements:
Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional License Active DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
