Our office is a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our team values professionalism, compassion, and collaboration, and we are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join us part-time. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to our growing patient base. The ideal candidate is confident in general dentistry procedures, communicates well with patients, and is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning Provide restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic dental procedures Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care Uphold infection control and safety standards Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active dental license in the state of OR Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply What We Offer Competitive daily rate or percentage compensation Flexible part-time schedule Established patient base Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern technology and equipment Opportunity for long-term growth Schedule Part-time / Full-time No weekends
