The Dentist Contractor shall independently perform professional dental services within the scope of granted clinical privileges and licensure.Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school;Current, unrestricted dental license in a State, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territory;DEA registration, if applicable;Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience or completion of a residency program;Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) training is preferred.
