POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient Oral Surgery role within mission-driven community healthcare organization Opportunity to perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures within established practice environment Flexible scheduling options available including part-time or full-time structure Collaborative clinical model with integrated dental support staff Stable outpatient environment designed to support provider autonomy and patient-focused care

COMPENSATION

Approximately $113 per hour Equivalent earning potential of $235,000+ annually based on full-time schedule Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling available Minimum 24 hours weekly required Outpatient-only surgical setting ROLE Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including complex extractions Evaluate patients using imaging and diagnostic tools Develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans Administer anesthesia and ensure patient safety during procedures Collaborate with dentists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Provide oral health education and preventative guidance

Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree

REQUIRED

Completion of accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

REQUIRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

REQUIRED

Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain

REQUIRED

Experience with oral surgery procedures and anesthesia

REQUIRED

Strong patient-centered communication approach
