Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Associate Dentist with experience in advanced dentistry to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values technology, efficiency, and high-quality patient care. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. Compensation & Benefits $700 daily guarantee OR 32% of production (whichever is higher) Established patient base Modern, fully digital practice Supportive and experienced clinical team Flexible scheduling (FT or PT) Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license Experience in advanced and comprehensive dentistry preferred Comfortable with digital workflows and intraoral scanners Strong communication and patient-care skills Technology & Clinical Environment Fully digital practice Intraoral scanner Advanced digital dentistry systems Streamlined workflow for efficiency and patient comfort Why Join Nova Dental?
