We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dentist to join our growing practices. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional care while building lasting relationships with patients. Schedule We are looking for a Dentist that can work 2 days in our Crooked Oak Office (600 D Eden Rd Lancaster, Pa 17601), 2 days in our Angstadt Family Dental Office (1670 Lincoln Highway East Lancaster, PA 17602), and the last two Fridays of each month also at our Angstadt Family Dental Office (1670 Lincoln Highway East Lancaster, PA 17602). These offices are 9 minutes away from each other. This is an ideal schedule but days and times are flexible. Many assistants and hygienists work at both locations as well. Hours worked in a week will be 38 hours on weeks when working Fridays, and 33 1/2 hours on the weeks when you will not be working on Fridays. Compensation For the first month of work we provide $500.00 per full day worked; then once the dentist starts to surpass that amount daily and or after the first month of working, the dentist will then collect thirty-five percent (35%) of non•defeasible funds actually received by Employer for Services provided by Employee to Employer's patients (35% of collections). Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, restorative, and preventive services Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient experiences Uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety, and professionalism Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active dental license in the state of Pennsylvania Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent chairside manner and communication skills Interest in long-term growth with a family-owned practice Experience with a wide range of procedures (or willingness to expand skills) What We Offer Competitive compensation structure Mentorship and collaborative clinical environment Cutting edge equipment and technology Supportive, experienced team Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Great Employee Benefits If interested, Please apply.
