  • Full-time TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dentist for a permanent or temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center serving communities throughout Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the ability to provide comprehensive dental care in a mission-driven community health setting.

  • 180,000 annually Higher compensation possible based on experience
Location:
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including: Diagnostic services Preventive care Restorative procedures Periodontal procedures Oral surgery services Anterior endodontic services Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, endodontics, and extractions Refer patients to specialists for procedures outside scope of practice including: Impacted teeth Advanced endodontic procedures Orthodontics Surgical periodontal procedures Provide oral health education in both clinical and outreach settings Consult with physicians as clinically appropriate Maintain compliant and accurate documentation in Dentrix EMR Accurately code procedures and manage prior authorization requirements Provide guidance and direction to dental assistants and front office staff Participate in after-hours telephone coverage rotation Attend meetings, trainings, and continuing education activities Practice Environment Community Health Center / FQHC setting Average patient volume in the high teens daily 4-5 operatories
