Job Description
Associate General Dentist Advanced Dental Designs, located in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, is a growing practice focused on Implant, Cosmetic, and Family Dentistry. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our team. Our practice is supported by a full-time hygienist and a dedicated clinical team committed to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions Develop and present individualized treatment plans Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including restorative treatment, extractions, and endodontic procedures Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options Collaborate with hygienists and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Open Dental software Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing Proficiency in restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry Experience treating pediatric patients is preferred but not required Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus Excellent communication and patient education skills Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive compensation with a guaranteed minimum of $700 per day for the first three months ( associate must guarantee a minimum of $3,000 in production per day ) Mentorship and training opportunities in Implant Dentistry, All on Four, and Invisalign (Diamond Plus Provider) Established patient base and strong growth potential Supportive team environment focused on clinical excellence and patient care with 20 years of experience in the industry.
