Job Description

We're looking for a Licensed Associate Dentist to join our established practice and help us continue delivering exceptional care to the patients and families we serve. You'll work alongside a skilled clinical team in a modern, well-equipped office where collaboration, clinical excellence, and patient experience are the standard
  • not the exception.
This is a strong fit for a dentist who enjoys a mix of general dentistry and procedural work, values mentorship and teamwork, and wants to grow alongside a practice that's invested in advanced technology and evidence-based care. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dental care, including exams, restorative treatment, root canal therapy, extractions, and prosthodontics Diagnose oral health conditions and build personalized treatment plans that patients understand and trust Use dental imaging and electronic records to document care accurately and in full HIPAA compliance Follow strict aseptic and infection control protocols to keep patients and the team safe Work in a four-handed dentistry model with skilled assistants to maximize efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and at-home care Partner with assistants, hygienists, and front office team to deliver a seamless patient experience What We're Looking For Active state dental license and current DEA registration Clinical experience in a private practice or group setting Proficiency with practice management and digital imaging software Strong general dentistry skills, with comfort performing endodontics, extractions, and prosthodontic procedures Clear, warm communicator who can explain treatment in a way patients actually understand Solid grasp of HIPAA, infection control, and clinical documentation standards Detail-oriented and able to keep pace in a productive, well-run office Why You'll Like It Here Modern technology and well-maintained equipment A clinical team that takes pride in doing things right Supportive leadership and clear systems Opportunities to grow your skill set and your patient base
