Compensation & Benefits Daily minimum up to negotiations $10,000 relocation & sign on bonus 33% of adjusted production Expected earnings: ~ $200,000-$300,000 annually $1,000 annual CE allowance (registration costs) AAPD dues and PA licensing covered Insurance premium contribution provided Flexible time-off policy , planned collaboratively to support both balance and patient care

Monday-Thursday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Our clinical scope includes: Preventive and diagnostic care Exams Cleanings Fluoride Sealants Radiographs Restorative care Fillings Stainless steel crowns Strip crowns Bioflex crowns Additional procedures Space maintenance Pulp therapy Uncomplicated extractions Minimally invasive care approaches Silver diamine fluoride Hall technique Resin infiltration Bioclear systems Sedation & hospital dentistry Nitrous oxide in-office General anesthesia cases at Hershey Medical Center Technology LightScalpel CO₂ laser Intraosseous anesthesia Bioclear systems Pearl AI diagnostics Cloud-based practice management software Who We're Looking For We're looking for a pediatric dentist who: Is board-certified or board-eligible Communicates easily with both children and parents Is fun, approachable, and willing to be a little silly to help kids feel comfortable Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team Values thoughtful, patient-centered care Has a mindset of continuous learning and growth This position can be a great fit for a pediatric dentist who wants to work hard, grow clinically, and practice in an environment where relationships and quality care truly matter.
