What You'll Bring DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required). GPR or AEGD with an endodontic focus preferred. 5+ years of proven proficiency in endodontic dentistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to be in-network with various dental plans.
