Become a partner in as little as 24 months Ideal Candidate D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school Completed Endodontic residency Active or eligible Pennsylvania dental license with endodontic certification Skilled in using CBCT and operating microscopes Strong communicator with a patient-first philosophy Responsibilities Perform comprehensive endodontic evaluations and treatments Manage complex root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontics Utilize CBCT and high-res microscopes for diagnostic precision Collaborate with referring dentists to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Engage in ongoing CE and clinical development
