Associate Dentist Opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA Comprehensive Dentistry | Mentorship | Path to Partnership We are a privately owned, multi-location dental group serving the Greater Pittsburgh area, including Pittsburgh and surrounding communities. Our practices are built on a comprehensive, patient-first philosophy that prioritizes long-term health, trust, and exceptional outcomes. We deliver clear diagnoses, thoughtful treatment planning, and a high level of clinical care that helps patients feel confident, informed, and proud of their smile. What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not a high-turnover associate role. We are building a team of dentists who want to grow with us, contribute to something meaningful, and eventually have the opportunity to step into partnership. You will be supported by experienced doctors, strong systems, and a fully trained team so you can focus on delivering excellent care and developing your skillset. Clinical Scope You will practice a full scope of dentistry in a modern, high-volume environment with advanced technology, including: General dentistry and preventative care Restorative and cosmetic dentistry Dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation CEREC same-day crowns and bridges Root canal therapy and extractions Invisalign Veneers, dentures, and comprehensive treatment planning Training and mentorship are available for advanced procedures if you are motivated to learn. What You Will Do Deliver comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages Diagnose and treat dental disease with a long-term mindset Build trust through clear communication and strong chairside presence Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and admin team for efficient flow Utilize digital dentistry and modern clinical technology Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice growth Who You Are DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active Pennsylvania dental license 2+ years of experience or completion of a
GPR/AEGD
