The office is a state of the art office with a busy patient base and an amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. As a Dentist, you will diagnose and treat various dental conditions, educate patients on oral health, and work collaboratively with a dedicated team of dental professionals. They're offering between $1,000 and $1,200 per day guarantee + a % of their collections. Also they have a buy in opportunity (if interested in partnership) at no out of pocket investment required. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Conduct various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals (endodontics), and preventive care. Utilize medical imaging techniques to assess dental health and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and infection control practices. Experience with medical documentation and medical imaging is advantageous. Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.
