This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside two experienced dentists while building a long-term career with significant growth potential. We are open to both experienced dentists and new graduates. Mentorship is available, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their clinical skills while treating a loyal and established patient base. As our doctors approach retirement, there is also an opportunity for future practice ownership for the right candidate. Schedule 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) One Saturday per month Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Perform bread-and-butter restorative and preventive procedures Diagnose and present treatment plans Build lasting relationships with patients and deliver exceptional care Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation Practice Highlights Privately owned practice Work alongside two experienced dentists Scanner for crowns and dentures Established patient base Mentorship available for new graduates Future ownership opportunity Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain one New graduates encouraged to apply Strong communication and patient care skills Team-oriented mindset and desire for long-term growth Pay & Compensation Competitive compensation package 401(k) Health insurance Dental benefits Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Long-term growth and ownership If you're looking for a practice where you can grow clinically, establish yourself within the community, and transition into ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
