Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic dental team as an Endodontist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional root canal therapy and advanced endodontic treatments. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to diagnose, treat, and manage complex dental pulp and root canal issues, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. We are seeking a motivated professional committed to providing high-quality care within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Duties Perform root canal treatments, endodontic surgeries, and other specialized procedures with precision and care Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques to diagnose pulp and root-related issues accurately Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance Requirements Valid license or certification as an Endodontist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in performing root canal therapy, endodontic surgeries, and related procedures Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for medical records management Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and infection control standards Experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, or general dentistry background preferred Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently to enhance patient comfort and treatment flow Excellent communication skills for patient care instructions and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about transforming smiles through expert endodontic care! $197,898.97 - $238,329.95 per year
