COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$185,000

• $250,000 Productivity bonus structure Student loan forgiveness eligibility available

SCHEDULE

Four-day work week Every Friday off No weekends required No on-call responsibilities ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services Deliver preventative and restorative dental treatment plans Maintain patient-centered documentation and continuity of care Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff Support accessible and community-focused oral healthcare services
