THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a practice that's already humming. The schedule is full, the team is tight, and the patient base is loyal — so you can walk in on day one and focus on dentistry, not building a book from scratch. We're looking for a dentist who wants to do great work in a well-run office. If you're early in your career and still figuring out your clinical voice, or a few years in and looking for a practice that gets out of your way — this role is built for both.THE PRACTICE
Multi-specialty practice in the Reading/Shillington area with a strong FFS and PPO patient base. The facility is modern with up-to-date equipment, and the clinical team runs efficiently without sacrificing care quality. You'll have the resources to treat comprehensively.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Earning potential: $200K- 400K / yr Sign-on / retention bonus: $25,000 (FT)
