Job Description

General Dentist (DDS/DMD)
Location:
Arlington, Tennessee (On-site) Build a High-Producing Practice with Strong Clinical Autonomy An established, multi-location private dental group is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its Arlington, TN practice. This opportunity offers excellent earning potential, a strong patient base, and the ability to perform a wide variety of procedures in a modern clinical setting. If you enjoy comprehensive dentistry and have experience in restorative treatment, endodontics, and oral surgery, we'd love to connect. Compensation Annual earnings typically range from $250,000 to $500,000+, based on production and clinical skills. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
Target start date:
September (or after credentialing is completed). What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans. Deliver high-quality general and restorative dentistry. Perform endodontic procedures and routine oral surgery. Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care. Collaborate with experienced hygienists, assistants, and support staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of patient care. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Tennessee Dental License (required). Permanent work authorization in the United States.

Pay:
$300,034.63 - $500,364.28 per year
