Job Description

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DSO. Located in Germantown, TN.
Job Details:
Located in picturesque Germantown, TN! Mon
  • Thur schedule with lots of flexibility
  • open to FT or PT.
6 month daily guarantee with 32% collections Sign on bonus! Duties Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and dental examinations, utilizing advanced dental imaging techniques. Administer local anesthesia and perform oral surgeries such as dental extractions and root canal therapy. Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each patient's needs. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office protocols. Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to safeguard patient health. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current certification in pediatric dentistry or general dentistry. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or similar environment with proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with dental office management systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly. Knowledge of infection control standards including HIPAA compliance and aseptic techniques. Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
