Modern office Mentorship Great staff Sequatchie Valley Dental Associates is seeking a full-time associate general dentist to join our team. We are a well-established private practice in a growing area just 20 minutes west of Chattanooga, Tennessee. We offer a four-day work week and guaranteed base salary and potential for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps. Other benefits include a large patient base, a highly trained support staff, management systems in place and a great mentorship opportunity. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or a practitioner desiring to transition into a private practice from a residency or a FQHC. - Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide comprehensive dental care including restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft.
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Strong knowledge and experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
