Job Description

We are seeking an Endodontist to join an established, high-performing practice in Nashville, TN. This full-time opportunity offers the ability to work in a collaborative environment with a strong referral base, advanced technology, and the clinical autonomy needed to deliver exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a specialist focused on preserving natural dentition and providing high-quality endodontic treatment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for endodontic conditions Conduct root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgical procedures Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with general dentists and specialists Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment care, and preventative oral health practices Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups Ensure high clinical standards and a positive patient experience Qualifications DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program Active Tennessee dental license in good standing Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Endodontics Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, pathology, and endodontic procedures Desired Qualifications Experience with advanced imaging technology such as CBCT Background working in a multidisciplinary or high-volume practice Familiarity with restorative, cosmetic, or interdisciplinary dental care Commitment to continuing education and staying current with endodontic advancements Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration Location Nashville, TN Salary $200,000 $800,000 annually (depending on experience and production) Benefits Continuing education stipend Health, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Malpractice coverage Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment
