We are a well-established, fully digital private practice in North Austin seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) . This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our founder/owner, who is transitioning into a reduced clinical schedule and will continue practicing alongside an associate—providing continuity, mentorship, and a strong, loyal patient base. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys practicing at a high clinical level in a low-pressure, relationship driven FFS setting . What We're Looking For General Dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience preferred Invisalign certified Skilled in advanced procedures such as implants, TMJ, Sleep Dentistry, and or the desire to grow in these areas Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to comprehensive care Excellent chairside manner and communication skills Team-oriented, positive, and patient-focused mindset Passion for delivering a premium, "white glove" dental experience Location Conveniently located in North Austin , our practice is surrounded by a vibrant, fast-growing community with easy access to dining, shopping, and outdoor activities—an ideal location for professionals seeking balance and long-term stability. Qualifications:
Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice. Active DEA Minimum of 5 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care. Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments. Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice's growth and success. Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to dental care. Strong desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative practice culture.
Pay Range:
USD $875.00 - USD $1,900.00 /Yr.
