Responsibilities:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license in good standing 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning

DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or

AEGD/GPR

residency program Active [insert state] dental license Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
