Job Description

Associate Dentist Opportunity Key Dental Key Dental is a modern, out-of-network, patient-centered dental practice built on ethical treatment planning, high-quality dentistry, and long-term patient relationships—not volume-driven churn. We are seeking an Associate Dentist who values clinical excellence, communication, and systems-based practice. This role is ideal for a dentist seeking predictable income with meaningful upside , strong patient flow, and the ability to focus on patient care within a structured, efficient environment. Clinical Scope Comprehensive general and advanced dentistry, including: Comprehensive exams and treatment planning Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Root canal therapy (including molars) Extractions and surgical procedures (alveoplasty, grafting, biopsies) Dentures and partials Implant placement and restoration Cosmetic dentistry Invisalign & Orthodontics Responsibilities Diagnose and treatment plan with a patient-first, ethical approach Present treatment clearly to support informed case acceptance Deliver high-quality care following established SOPs Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards Compensation & Schedule W-2 Employee or 1099 Position available $1,000 daily guarantee or adjusted production (whichever is higher) No lab fees 2 or 3 day workweek available: Wednesday-Friday or Thursday & Friday Additional work-day opportunity as desired sign-on bonus Benefits CE allowance Health insurance (per eligibility) Vacation, sick, and holiday PTO 100% dental care for you 100% immediate family dental discount 401(k) with employer match after 12 months Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong general dentistry skills Comfortable with treatment planning and patient communication Willingness to follow systems, SOPs, and team workflows Mentoring provided for new or recent graduates Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for a dentist who: Prioritizes quality and ethics over speed Is production-aware but not production-obsessed Values communication, documentation, and consistency Wants stable income with performance-based upside
