Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on patient comfort and safety. This role requires strong skills in communication and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. We provide CE opportunity and mentorship with successful, experienced clinicians. We are open to candidates requiring H-1 visa sponsorship. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform top tier dental treatments through ethical decision making Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid TX state dental license and ability to pass any required background checks. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and pediatric dentistry practices. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in dentistry.
