Overview:
Dr. Kyle Keeter & Dr. Courtney Geiger are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join their relationship-driven, fee-for-service office. This is an opportunity for a clinician who values comprehensive care, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth within a true private practice environment. We are proud to serve a loyal patient base built on trust, integrity, and high-quality dentistry, not production quotas. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term home with potential for future equity.
Position Highlights:
$250,000-$600,000+ annual earning potential 100% Lab fees covered Fully digital practice: CBCT, iTero, CEREC, lasers, intraoral scanning Flexible schedule Future equity/partnership opportunity
Ideal Candidate:
Preferred 10+ years of clinical experience DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Invested in continuing education and committed to ongoing clinical growth Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Relationship-focused and confident in comprehensive treatment planning Able to maintain required state licensure and insurance coverage INDDROP03
