We are looking for someone with strong communication and phone conversion skills who can confidently guide patients through dental implant, All-on-X, LANAP®, and periodontal treatment consultations while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is a growth-oriented role within a modern periodontal and implant practice focused on advanced surgical care, patient relationships, and high-level customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate implant, All-on-X, LANAP®, and periodontal treatment consultations Present treatment plans and discuss financing options with patients Handle incoming calls, online leads, and patient follow-ups Convert consultations into scheduled treatment Manage CRM systems and lead tracking Schedule treatment efficiently and maintain productive scheduling Support patient communication before and after surgery Maintain accurate patient records in

Eaglesoft QualificationsRequired:

Minimum 4 years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience Eaglesoft experience must. Strong phone communication and patient conversion skills must. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable discussing large treatment plans and financing

Preferred:
