Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide expert endodontic care, focusing on root canal therapy. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes, alleviate pain, and restore oral health. PPO & FFS
only. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive endodontic treatments including root canal therapy, retreatments with precision and care. Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery. Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and the office policies. Utilize dental imaging technology such as X-rays and 3D scan to diagnose conditions accurately and plan appropriate interventions. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on their oral health status, treatment options, and post-procedure care to foster informed decision-making. Experience Proven experience in endodontics with a strong background in root canal therapy. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency and comfort. Holds in Certificate in Endodontics for an ADA accredited program as well as a Texas dental license.
Pay:
$325,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
TSBDE dental license (Preferred) Certificate in Endodontics from an ADA accredited program (Preferred)
