Treatment Coordinator (High-Performance Dental Office)

Your Role:

We are looking for a high-level Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients from diagnosis to "yes." This is not a passive front desk role.

You are:

• The bridge between clinical care and patient decision-making
• A key driver of production and growth
• Responsible for helping patients understand why treatment matters—and how to move forward

What You'll Own:

• Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Explaining financial options (insurance, financing, phased care)
• Increasing case acceptance through education and trust
• Following up on unscheduled treatment
• Coordinating large and complex cases
• Pre-blocking high-value treatment in the schedule
• Supporting same-day treatment opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in dental treatment coordination or high-level case presentation
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Confidence discussing finances without hesitation
• Ability to build trust quickly with patients
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset Bonus if you have:
• Experience with comprehensive or cosmetic dentistry
• Familiarity with financing options (CareCredit, Sunbit, etc.)
