Work Details:
• # of Support staff: 6• Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics•
EMR:
DentrixCases/Procedures:
• Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.• Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.• Providers can refer out complex cases as needed.

Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.• Additional notes: Would like to keep all tx in house.

Not required for Dentists• State license required: Yes•
DEA:
Not required but preferred• Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)• Certifications required: BLSCredentialing Timeframe & requirements: Must get new TB test
