As an Associate Dentist working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, you will have the freedom to focus on what you do best, great dentistry, without the headaches of running a practice on your own. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and more Diagnose and treatment plan patients with a focus on long-term oral health outcomes Build genuine, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and thorough care Collaborate with the Tomball clinical team and support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the practice management system Uphold FLOSS Dental's standards for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program Active Texas dental license in good standing DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) CPR/BLS certification (required) Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team-first attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care What We Offer Competitive compensation with production-based earning potential A fully staffed, modern clinic so you can focus on dentistry Flexible part-time schedule, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Health, dental, and vision benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Continuing education support A collaborative and welcoming team culture Mentorship Partnership available for right candidates How to Apply Please send your resume directly to cayla@flossdental.com with the subject line "Associate Dentist, Tomball."
