Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries. Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Maintain precise medical documentation and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical record standards. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to ensure a safe clinical environment. Use advanced dental imaging technology to diagnose issues accurately and plan effective treatments. Collaborate with dental assistants and staff in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient care efficiency. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current certification in general dentistry. Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for charting and record management. Experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards. Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly. Prior experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical imaging is a plus.
