Job Description

General Dentist Locations:
Salt Lake City, UT or Holladay, UT Overview A unique opportunity for a General Dentist seeking exceptional earning potential, clinical autonomy, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, well-supported environment. Our client offers one of the most competitive compensation structures in the industry, a loyal patient base, strong new patient flow, and a highly trained support staff. Providers routinely perform implants, cosmetic restorations, and All-on-X cases, with ongoing training available through both internal programs and external continuing education opportunities. Dentists have significant control over treatment planning and scheduling, allowing them to build their practice around their strengths while maintaining healthy production goals. Practice Highlights 1 provider per practice. Open to relocation candidates. Relocation assistance available up to $10,000 (based on individual circumstances). State-of-the-art facility with an in-house laboratory. No laboratory fee deductions when utilizing the in-house lab. Established patient base with steady new patient growth. Clinical autonomy and flexibility in scheduling. Ongoing training and CE opportunities.
Patient Volume Hygiene:
Approximately 16 patients per day.
Doctor/production patients:
Approximately 8-12 patients per day. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning. Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including: Crown and bridge restorations Extractions Implant placement Root canal therapy Prosthodontic procedures Oral surgery Cosmetic dentistry Maintain accurate and compliant patient records. Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care and comfort. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations. Qualifications Active Utah dental license or ability to obtain licensure. Open to new graduates; 2+ years of experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities. Experience or interest in comprehensive dentistry, including surgical and restorative procedures. Excellent communication and patient relationship skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Compensation Compensation is based on Provider Adjusted Production with a tiered percentage structure: Monthly Production Compensation Under $60,000 30% $60,000 - $70,000 33% Above $70,000 35% Additional Compensation Details No laboratory fee deductions when using the in-house laboratory. No deductions for financing fees, credit card fees, or similar operational expenses. Providers maintain greater earnings due to the practice's fully owned laboratory. Expected Earnings Year 1 earning potential: $240,000+ for providers consistently meeting benchmark production goals. High-performing providers can earn $315,000+ annually . Additional bonus opportunities available.
