Position Overview As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a key role in helping children develop healthy dental habits from an early age. You will provide comprehensive care in a kid-friendly environment designed to keep patients comfortable and engaged. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Compensation We offer a competitive base salary along with a performance-based compensation model. Total annual compensation is driven by clinical production and quality incentives, with top-tier providers earning $450,000+ annually. This structure provides strong earning potential while supporting your professional growth and long-term success.
