The Opportunity At Cassity & Legacy Implants and Periodontics, our team of experts offer a truly unique and one of a kind experience to each and every patient. The team of doctors have limited their practice in each of the disciplines of their specialty to bring our patients a highly specialized approach to their needs. With our team of highly specialized experts, we possess the ability to treat all aspects of periodontics and implant dentistry comprehensively; yet allowing each doctor the ability to apply their area of specialization, to give our patients the most timely and best care possible. This is not a role where you'll compete for existing patients. You'll step into a focused area of need, backed by an established team and infrastructure, with a real runway to build a robust disease-treatment practice of your own. What You'll Do Diagnose and treat the full spectrum of periodontal disease across both locations Deliver non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy Partner with referring general dentists and specialists to manage complex periodontal cases Cultivate new referral relationships and grow your own book of business Collaborate within a multi-provider team in a supportive, non-competitive environment Build Your Own Practice We reward the doctors who grow the practice. As you develop your own referral relationships, you'll have full scope to provide comprehensive care to the patients those relationships bring in — surgical, implant, and the complete range of periodontal procedures. New growth comes from the relationships you personally build, while existing referral partnerships remain with their current providers.
The result:
your business development translates directly into your clinical opportunity and earning potential, and the team stays collaborative rather than competitive.
